Gravity Programs

We understand that everyone starts Jiu Jitsu for different reasons and have their own individual goals.  Our Adult Jiu Jitsu program is designed to help build a solid foundation that will set them up for future success.  The curriculum consists of concepts and positions and how to best understand them.  Our goal is to teach Jiu Jitsu in a systematic fashion with an emphasis on concepts rather than teaching random techniques.  This approach helps our students develop their own Jiu Jitsu game unique to their body, age, and ability.  In this class you will learn the concepts of each position and how to take your opponent to the ground where you will control and ultimately submit them. You will also learn the basic principals of self-defense.  Getting fit, making friends and increasing your confidence comes a standard.
